Have you ever felt that your life is stable?

Before I read my first self-help book, I had the idea that I can’t change the mindset I’ve born with. At the age of 24, I read my first self-help book (Rich Dad Poor Dad), and, to my surprise, I was wrong.

I didn’t have the stuck mindset I thought I had. Within 1 month of reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, I went on to read other books. Reading completely opened up my mind to all the possibilities that were around me.
I started seeing the world from a different perspective; more positive, more optimistic, and more enjoyable.

You are the one who brings the change and opportunities into your own life, this what I figured out from reading books.
It’s true! Reading changes your Mindset for the Success you want Now.

3. Love your mistakes!

Anyone who has achieved success can rattle off a list of failures they encountered along the way. In each book I read, there were tens of failure stories that ended with a huge success. But how did they do it?

Books writers assume that teaching your mindset to examine your mistakes is the key. Learn that each loss is a win if you let it be. Even if you’ve experienced a failure, don’t beat yourself up.

Be sure you select the right friends, and you will be a successful person.
A study found that positive friends will have a positive effect on you. While negative friends will soon kill your initiative.

Asteroid ZTF0DxQ – officially labeled 2020 QG – now holds the record for the closest flyby of Earth. It swept just 2,000 miles (3,000 km) from Earth’s surface, or about a quarter of the diameter of Earth itself.

This asteroid, which moves at a speed of 12.4 kilometers per second, was identified 6 hours after its passage. “The asteroid approached undetected from the direction of the Sun,” Paul Chodas, director of NASA’s Center for Near Earth Object Studies, told Business Insider .

This celestial object about 3 m wide was spotted during a survey of the sky carried out by the Palomar Observatory in California. When 2020 HQ passed close to Earth, it was 132 times closer to us than the Moon .

From our childhood, we used to hear about the importance of sleep and why we should sleep at 9 pm as children.
The reasons we have been hearing were almost associated with our health and brain growth.

“You have to sleep early if you want to be taller”.

Those sentences were examples of what we used to hear from our parents. But I guess no one of us is hearing those pieces of advice now!

Most of us after adolescence we stopped taking care of our sleep time. Or at least we ignored the 9 pm advice.
But the least of us were capable of absorbing the quality of our lives as children and after adolescence.

Why is sleep important for you?

A good night’s sleep is as important as regular exercise and a healthy diet.
Research shows that poor sleep has immediate negative effects on your hormones, exercise performance, and brain function.

It can also cause weight gain and increase disease risk in both adults and children.
In contrast, good sleep can help you eat less, exercise better, and be healthier.

3 Top reasons why healthy sleep is essential

1- Brain flexibility. National Football League Tom Brady credits a lot of his success to “brain flexibility.” That’s the idea that a brain can get “stiff”—like an unused muscle. Harvard Medical school research shows knowing how to sleep better can improve focus, learning, mood, and decision-making ability.

If you want to improve your health getting a good night’s sleep is one of the most powerful things you can do.

1- Increase bright light exposure during the day

Your body has a natural time-keeping clock known as your circadian rhythm. Natural sunlight during the day helps keep your circadian rhythm healthy. This improves daytime energy, as well as nighttime sleep quality and duration.

2- Reduce blue light exposure in the evening

Exposure to light during the day is beneficial, but nighttime light exposure has the opposite effect. Blue light which electronic devices like smartphones and computers emit in large amounts is the worst in this regard.

3- Create a sleep schedule 

Querying, “When should I wake up?” Or, “What time should I go to bed?”
Try to go to bed as close to the first full darkness as you can, and rise with the sun. Going to sleep at 9 pm, 10 pm or 11 pm matters less than keeping the same sleep schedule every night.

4- Have a Coffee Cutoff Time 

Exhausted from being tired? Try changing to decaf after 2 pm. Studies show that even drinking coffee 6 hours before bedtime can rob your sleep time.

For me, I tried the Sleep cycle application on an iOS device.
It was a great tip that I followed, each day it represents for me how I sleeped and how many hours I had deep sleep.

Some days I’ve been surprised that even if I thought myself sleeped 8h, I only had 4h of deep sleep.

Stages of sleep

The sleep cycle is the pattern of sleep stages from NREM (non-REM) to REM sleep (rapid eye movement). 

Each sleep cycle lasts 90 to 120 minutes, and includes about 15 minutes of the four stages of sleep, including stages 1, 2, 3, and REM sleep.

Stage 1. Light sleep, easy to wake. 5–10 min.

Stage 2. Light sleep, preparing for deep sleep. 10–15 min.

Stage 3. Deep sleep. Hard to wake. Body repairs itself and boosts the immune system.

REM sleep. Rapid eye movements. Your brain clears plaques in this stage. 10 minutes to 1 hour. REM cycles get longer as the night progresses.

Summary

We all need more sleep time, and most of us would love to know how to sleep better. But feel excited not stressed to follow the techniques I mentioned above.
You can choose one advice to follow for a week and the next week pick a new tip.

Super-Earths like the newly found planets have a higher mass than the Earth but are much smaller than the ice giants of our solar system, Uranus and Neptune. They are a key target in the hunt for life on other worlds.

They found that the star appeared to be orbited by planets that have orbits that would give them years of just 9.3 and 21.8 days on Earth. That suggests the planets are moving very quickly around their star, faster even than Mercury.

Gliese 887 is also dimmer and smaller than our Sun, meaning that the planets could get much closer to the star while still being potentially habitable.

Compared to Earth, it only receives 2% of the amount of energy from its star that we get, which explains the expected cold temperatures of Barnard b. But the whole reason we think life on an Earth-sized world in a more temperature-friendly zone around a red dwarf star is no good is because a world like Proxima b receives far too much X-ray and ultraviolet radiation to even maintain an atmosphere, much less remain life-friendly.

If you want a quick and short answer, I will say No! We only have a certain age to complete and then say goodbye. But, the Happy News is that it’s not about the age number as it’s about the quality of life we want to have. Good health is more than healthy eating and exercise, it’s about having a healthy lifestyle. Taking good care of your body is important to limit health problems to start or get worse.

1- Nutrition

Nutrition is the first step in taking care of your body and your life. The right food improves your mood, your health, and your abilities.

Variegate your Foods

There no one single meal that can contain all the 40 different nutrients that your body needs.

Your daily food should include a balance of good carbs, protein, fruits, veggies.

Despite being high in fat, nuts are nutritious and healthy.

They’re loaded with magnesium, vitamin E, fiber, and various other nutrients.

Achieve your steps goal:

  • On a short 10-minute bout of walking stairs.

  • Complete a 30-minute walking video in front of the TV.

  • Plan your daily task. Create a to-do-list, make sure to keep realistic on the things that can be done in one day to not overarm yourself.
  • If you have a big project that needs to finish at an exact time, divide it into short tasks.
  • Get a meal plan for a week or two at once to overcome the daily question: What should I cook today?
  • Make time every day, even if it’s 15 minutes, for relaxation and reflection. That will keep your ideas organized.

At a conference broadcast on Thursday June 11 on the internet, Sony presented no less than twenty games that will be available on its next console, the PlayStation 5. Here are the biggest announcements. 

Sony unveiled Thursday evening during a conference broadcast live on the internet the design of the PlayStation 5 , as well as twenty games that will be available on the console. As a reminder, the PlayStation 5 will be released for the holiday season 2020, despite the coronavirus epidemic. Its price remains unknown at the moment.

 A new Spider-Man

The first game released Thursday evening was Spider-Man: Miles Morales , developed by Insomniac Games. As the name of the game indicates, the hero will be Miles Morales, who appeared for the first time in 2011 in the comic book, and not Peter Parker. Its release is scheduled for the end of the year and should match that of the PlayStation 5. 

Sony also presented Horizon Forbidden West , the sequel to Horizon Zero Down , produced by the Dutch from Guerrilla Games. The story takes place in a post-apocalyptic world invaded by robotic creatures where humanity has lost control of technology. The heroine will always be Aloy, an orphan who has become a machine hunter.

A franchise dating from 2002 will also be revived. Ratchet & Clank , also developed by Insomniac Games, returns with a title called Rift Apart . 

The first images of NBA 2K21

Sony has also released images of games to be released by Sony Interactive Entertainment, such as the racing game  Gran Turismo 7 . No release date is currently known.

The manufacturer has also lifted the veil on NBA 2K21, whose first trailer was revealed Thursday evening. NBA 2K games generally come out in the fall, but it’s unclear whether the new episode will be available only on the new PlayStation, or whether it will be possible to play it on the PS4. 

A Resident Evil for 2021

Another big announcement, the release in 2021 on the PS5 of Resident Evil 8 , which bears the name of Village . Little information has been released on the game but Capcom, the developer and publisher of the series, should say more in August.

Since it appears that we are going to be fighting the coronavirus for many months to come, it’s the perfect time to switch to a new healthy lifestyle.

As we watch Netflix, eat snacks, and pace back and forth in lockdown, we may also be coming to terms with the fact that we can’t do this forever! 

Most of the countries are now planning to recover from the quarantine and get back to normal life.

But as the coronavirus is still playing around, many of us are likely to be infected with the virus. 

Thus, it is important to ask not only if it’s Popcorn or Doritos with tonight’s movie, but what impact your food choices could have on your overall health.

1- Hydrate.

The body is made of about 75 percent water. The usual recommendation is eight glasses per day of fluid.

Good hydration is crucial for optimal health.

Drinking water instead of sugar-sweetened drinks is a simple way to limit your intake of sugar and excess calories. To heighten its taste, slices of citrus fruits may be added, as well as cucumber or herbs.

2- Consume more fruit and vegetable.

These make sure the body works well, help to protect it from diseases, and fight off illness. Colorful fruits and vegetables are generally rich in vitamins and antioxidants.

Whenever it is possible to get hold of fresh food, do so. As well as being eaten fresh, fruits and vegetables can be frozen where possible and will keep most of their nutrients and flavor. 

Using fresh vegetables to cook soups, stews, or other dishes will make them last longer.

Before taking any supplements, it’s always better to consult your doctor.

3 Things to limit to get a healthy lifestyle

1- Limit intake sugar

World Health Organisation recommends that less than 5% of total energy intake for adults should come from free sugars (about 6 teaspoons). If you crave something sweet, fresh fruit should always be the priority.

2- Limit intake salt

The availability of fresh foods may decrease and it may, thus, become essential to rely more on canned, frozen, or processed foods. Many of these foods contain high levels of salt. 

Rinse canned foods such as vegetables and beans, to remove some of the excess sodium.

3- Limit intake fat

World Health Organisation suggests restricting total fat intake to less than 30% of total energy intake, of which no more than 10% should come from saturated fat.

To do this, opt for cooking methods that must less or no fat, such as steaming, grilling, instead of frying foods.

Create colorful meals with:

  • Green fruits and vegetables: broccoli, spinach, cabbage, lettuce, green beans, cucumbers, green apples, kiwi, green grapes, lime, avocado…
  • Orange and yellow fruits and vegetables: carrots, pumpkin, sweet corn, sweet potato, yellow apples, apricots, oranges, grapefruit, peaches…
  • Red fruits and vegetables: tomatoes, red cabbage, beets, red grapes, strawberries, watermelon, cherries, raspberries, cranberries, red apples…

The reason that coronavirus is having such a significant impact on people is that we lack immunity to it.
