Is it possible to live longer?

If you want a quick and short answer, I will say No! We only have a certain age to complete and then say goodbye. But, the Happy News is that it’s not about the age number as it’s about the quality of life we want to have. We can make our life at that exact age a happy and joyful life by following a good healthcare system.
Good health is more than healthy eating and exercise, it’s about having a healthy lifestyle. Taking good care of your body is important to limit health problems to start or get worse.

1- Nutrition

Nutrition is the first step in taking care of your body and your life. The right food improves your mood, your health, and your abilities.

Variegate your Foods

There no one single meal that can contain all the 40 different nutrients that your body needs.

Your daily food should include a balance of good carbs, protein, fruits, veggies.

Sugar is a source of empty calories that can use up important vitamins and minerals in your body. Water helps not only to hydrate but to aid in blood circulation, the removal of toxins from our bodies, and in the regulation of our body temperatures.

It’s no secret walking can be an excellent way to get in shape and dropped a few inches from your waistline.

  • On a short 10-minute bout of walking stairs.

  • Complete a 30-minute walking video in front of the TV.


If you are like me, most of the time working in front of my lovely MacBook. You may need to move your hips right to left and left to right whenever you remembered that.

  • Get a meal plan for a week or two at once to overcome the daily question: What should I cook today?
  • Make time every day, even if it’s 15 minutes, for relaxation and reflection. That will keep your ideas organized.
